We have had some water leaking in our basement in a couple locations: in a bedroom corner and along the middle of the exterior wall in the utility room. There does appear to be a crack in the foundation on the exterior wall by the utility room that seems to align with the leak inside. Water only seemed to seep in the spring when the clay ground outside is saturated and we have a heavy rain. Ants also appear to come inside from these locations.

Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.

Was very pleased with the crew that came out. They informed us at every turn and the clean up was amazing. They were very good with informing the plumber as to what and when he could come back to finish his job and answered all of his questions. The company that you had to insulate the crawl space was very good as well he answered all of our questions as well. Again the crew that was here was very good and worked very hard to complete the job a quickly and as efficiently as possible it was just to bad that we were booked for the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you again job well done
