I would like a quote for installation of a system. We have tested the basement and we are hovering just below 200. The house is less than one yr old and has the vent pipe installed into the floor already. The fan system needs to be installed with vent to outside. The basement is approximately 2400 sq ft.

After reading about Radon from a government pamphlet I purchased an AirThings device to check air quality. I also purchased a Radon test kit. The Test kit results where fine, the the air things device reports high Radon and CO2 (at times), so I thought I would contact your company to do an inspection to make sure there is no problem, or if their is, that it gets addressed. Cold room smells and creates mold.

Would like to review current sump pump set up. The discharge line from the sump pump pit out to the yard has a significant blockage and needs replacing. There is also a leak in the basement in and around an eavestrough downspout. Would like to know options for adding a French drain for 3 downspouts on the same side of the house out to the ditch (one of downspouts is where the basement leak has been noticed). Thanks!

Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.

Was very pleased with the crew that came out. They informed us at every turn and the clean up was amazing. They were very good with informing the plumber as to what and when he could come back to finish his job and answered all of his questions. The company that you had to insulate the crawl space was very good as well he answered all of our questions as well. Again the crew that was here was very good and worked very hard to complete the job a quickly and as efficiently as possible it was just to bad that we were booked for the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you again job well done

I have a 3.5 foot crack in an unfinished basement under a window. The crack leaks in spring and sometime during heavy rains. Also have water coming up in corner of basement where there is no visible crack present. It is a walkout basement.
