Our basement keeps flooding in house from basement drain. No sub pump was ever put in. Today has 1.5 feet of water in basement from flood, Need a consultation quote on cost to put one in. Shopping around, its a huge problem here and exhausting cleaning up basement floods.

Our house has a stone foundation. The foundation on the east appears to be tipping out and now a crack appears to be opening up. I would love a professional opinion of what I should do. The foundation has been rough looking on that wall since we moved in, but it looks like something has shifted recently. Thanks for your time.

This is an older house and sadly no sub pump was ever installed there is a drain in the floor by the concrete sink. Yet during storm season we get bad floods in the basement. Last year the water came flooding up through the drain hole and did a lot of damage to our property, plus we noticed the cracks in the foundation in the basement bubbles were coming up through the cracks. It is an unfinished basement yet used a lot for relaxation tv watching so scary when flooding season comes. So we are looking into estimates to rectify this problem, it is my fathers house now 70 so i am just trying to see if it is affordable to get this done so we no longer have to worry about flood season. The water doesn't seem to come from the walls but the drain.

Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.

Was very pleased with the crew that came out. They informed us at every turn and the clean up was amazing. They were very good with informing the plumber as to what and when he could come back to finish his job and answered all of his questions. The company that you had to insulate the crawl space was very good as well he answered all of our questions as well. Again the crew that was here was very good and worked very hard to complete the job a quickly and as efficiently as possible it was just to bad that we were booked for the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you again job well done
