Re "no" answers. I will be better judge of the system when it is actually but to work when I experience water leakage again and can observe the system at work which will not likely occur until Spring time.

Today Mr. Joel Desjardins came for the yearly check and ended up moving the drain as it was problematic from the beginning (in middle of driveway so was constantly being run over). He was very professional, courteous, and quick. I would have him back to do any work at any time.

The workman put down a tarp and washed off the deck before they left. They replaced the grass that was removed to install one of the sump systems. They cleaned up everything. We were pleased with their work.

The installers have only just left, and the cement is literally still wet, so it's far too early to speak of the long-term results.

Still I must say that the men who did the work (Justin Fysh and Rick) were the two hardest working and yet cheerful people I've dealt with in a long time. They were both extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to answer my questions and allay any concerns. They conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional manner, minimizing the disruption and dust as much as possible with a job of this scale. They certainly appear to know their trade well, and contribute greatly to the overall reputation of your company.

Now, only time will tell
