Recently purchased a 1000sq/ft home built in the 1940s. Crawl space ventilation and moisture came up in the home inspection. Also, there was a small expansion built on to the home where they used wood footers which have begun to rot. Interested in possible solutions and pricing. During spring thaw together with rain events the ground saturates and overwhelms my tile system to the sump pump. Water builds up around the foundation and seeps in some spots around the house and fills the basement entrance till it overflows the door sill. This only occurs every two or three years when a snow melt and rain event coincide, other wise I have no problems.
