1991 home with poured foundation / basement. 2011 had basement slab crack along length of house (1/8 thick). No water pooling , however efflorescence on either side crack. Over the last 4 years, 1st and 2nd level floors have developed low spots. Some cracking of tile grout on 2nd floor bathroom. Minor interior door sticking. Changes with seasons.

Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.

Was very pleased with the crew that came out. They informed us at every turn and the clean up was amazing. They were very good with informing the plumber as to what and when he could come back to finish his job and answered all of his questions. The company that you had to insulate the crawl space was very good as well he answered all of our questions as well. Again the crew that was here was very good and worked very hard to complete the job a quickly and as efficiently as possible it was just to bad that we were booked for the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you again job well done
