I have an old house with a leaky basement that we moved into over a year ago that we would like to seal up better. We have some wiring that goes through the basement to the detached garage underground, which we recently noticed water was trickling in from on the wall. Additionally we do have a crawl space that isnt insulated that we would like to insulate.

Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.

Was very pleased with the crew that came out. They informed us at every turn and the clean up was amazing. They were very good with informing the plumber as to what and when he could come back to finish his job and answered all of his questions. The company that you had to insulate the crawl space was very good as well he answered all of our questions as well. Again the crew that was here was very good and worked very hard to complete the job a quickly and as efficiently as possible it was just to bad that we were booked for the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you again job well done

Currently waterproofing our foundation on 3 sides of our home. We have had water leaking through the wall of our basement. We have done 2 sides ourselves, but we don't feel comfortable digging down past the gas line on the one side of the house. Utilities have been marked. We would need it dug out and waterproofed, We have done the other side's with blueskin, and dimple board, and big O drainage. The one wall that needs to be done is about 30ft. It has two windows, gas meter, and one a/c unit.
