Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.

Was very pleased with the crew that came out. They informed us at every turn and the clean up was amazing. They were very good with informing the plumber as to what and when he could come back to finish his job and answered all of his questions. The company that you had to insulate the crawl space was very good as well he answered all of our questions as well. Again the crew that was here was very good and worked very hard to complete the job a quickly and as efficiently as possible it was just to bad that we were booked for the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you again job well done

Bradley from Springfield, ON called Advanced Basement Systems after finding us on the internet. He set up an appointment to receive a free on-site estimate to water proof his crawl space. We sent our system design specialist, Sam, out to his home to provide him with a quote for repairs. Our installation team installed our Zoeller M63 Sump Pump System to pump the water out of the crawl space, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to keep the crawl space free of humidity and mold growth, and sealed the rim joist with spray foam insulation.
