Not sure if you guys offer a solution to my problem, but I am seeking ideas and quotes to repair what appears to be a sunken exterior wall. I have not finished gutting the room so details are scarce, but we are hoping to repair the structure of the room and turn it into usable living space. Very professional, informative and excellent attention to detail. The salesman came out to assess the situation and provided a full analysis and quote in writing. We set up a date for the repair. The repair guys came out (at the exact time quoted) fixed the cracked, showed me a few possible trouble spots to keep an eye on and they even fixed one of those trouble spots at no charge! This service was very positive, the work was professionally completed and the team was very polite - easy to see they strive to have the best customer service. Will definitely recommend!

Work was completed on April 5/13 The backhoe and trailer are still in front of my house. April 8/13 at 6:00pm. Sewer pipe was not buried completely in crawl space. Large clay/dirt pile on either side of trench. Job took too long. More workers necessary.

I had my basement done on Wed., Nov 28/13 which turned out to be one of the worst days for snow. it was cold, started snowing and the wind made visibility impossible. Kevin and his crew kept working away carrying pails of cement outside and mixing cement up outside, while still being so cheerfull and friendly. They had the work done in no time at all.

Winmar is currently cleaning and repair water seepage damage to my basement. There has been a small amount of seepage for a long time, but this time, the entire basement got soaked. When the repairs are completed (or even before), I would like to get proper drainage installed for the house, as well as possibly concrete re-levelling in my garage with better drainage there too. The house is old and has a poured basement there has been water damage and the walls have some mold. If I keep the rain water away from foundation I get no leaks coming in but found this out after a few bad storms aqnd water came through walls. The walls have been painted but there are spots were the concreate is falling out. Im not a expert so thats why I would like someone to come and take a look and give me an honest opinion on what I can do. Like I said if I keep rain water from the walls its fine but the damage is already done and the wall look terrible. Its not a finished basement just laundry and storage.

We have a strange smell in our basement, and our house is relatively new. We are hoping to finish our basement, but not before we take care of the smell. It doesn't smell everyday, but recently more than normal and because it's open to the main level, it comes upstairs as well.
