We have always had some water in our basement after heavy rain or in the spring when the snow melts but it was never been very much. We do have a sump pump as well. We have noticed that there appears to be more water than usual, and it's coming from through where the floor meets the wall. We would like to get a free, no obligation estimate done to see what is needed to fix it, and the cost.
