Sales (Inspector)

Advanced Basement Systems is a family-owned business located in Chatham-Kent, ON. We service all of south west Ontario (Goderich to Windsor). We specialize in basement waterproofing, crawl space improvements, attic and spray foam insulation, foundation repairs, sump pump installation and radon gas. The Bates family own and operate the company and employ over 35 full-time people. Our employees live throughout our service area.

Role Description

This role is a full-time position. Day-to-day responsibilities include running pre-generated leads to design systems that fix homes and closing sales at said leads throughout south west Ontario. You typically will be within 90-minutes of your home when running leads. Additionally, nurturing customer relationships, creating and presenting proposals, conducting follow-up calls, and representing the company at local home shows and community events.

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with public speaking and networking
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Construction or Home Improvement background is an asset
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset
• Full G license and reliable vehicle

Compensation

A competitive base salary + commission package will be in place to get you started. Once certified through our sales training, you will move to our 100% full commission + bonus incentive package. Hitting your annual targets will comfortably earn you over $100,000.
