What we do at your annual visit:

-         We do a full check of the sump pumps, removing them from the pit, checking all the parts and doing a thorough cleaning.

-         We clean the sump pump liner, removing any silt which may affect performance.

-         We replace the valves on the unit.

-         If you have a battery back up sump pump and/or WaterWatch Alarm®, we examine those as well. 

-         We check the discharge lines to ensure water is freely exiting the system.

-         Finally, we test and double check everything and leave you with next year’s service reminder.
