2019 Employees of the Year

Advanced Basement Systems recognized several employees this year during our annual One Team Meeting! We handed out our ‘Employee of the Year’ award, as well as 3 new awards!

We had Sam Finlayson winning the ‘Positivity Award’. Sam has a great attitude and work ethic. He’s always trying to make everyone feel positive and energized.

Our ‘Rookie of the Year’ award went to Samantha McFadden. Given to an employee who started in 2019 with us- Samantha had an excellent year of learning, growth and impact with us!

Our ‘Redefine Award’ was given to Tom Blackburn. This award recognizes the individual who continues to work towards our mission, vision and values all the while helping those around them to learn and become better.

Finally, our ‘Employee of the Year’ was voted on and our winner was Tim Wiebe! Tim had a year of growth that was filled with challenges and opportunity. He really went the extra mile on different occasions and we are so proud of this guy!
