Derek Couto serviced our sump pump and dehumidifier this afternoon. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, very effective and informative. He mentioned that our pump will be 8 years old later this summer and recommended replacement. However, as all components were operational we decided to wait another year. Derek is a credit to your organization.
