Spray Foam Insulation Photo Album: Basement Spray Foam and Bowing Wall Repair - Sarnia, ON

This Sarnia home has a severely inward-bowing foundation wall and no insulation, leaving the basement vulnerable to structural issues and energy loss. Our team is installing the PowerBrace™ Wall Support System to stabilize and potentially straighten the wall over time. We're also applying 3" of closed-cell spray foam insulation to improve energy efficiency and moisture control. To meet safety codes, we'll finish the job with a coating of DC315 Thermal Barrier Paint, providing a fire-rated protective layer over the foam.

Spray Foam

This spray foam has been painted with DC315, which is why it's white. A basement with no insulation is incredibly inefficient and causes HVAC to work unnecessarily hard.
