Spray Foam Insulation Photo Album: Basement Encapsulation and Spray Foam - Thamesville, ON

This short basement in the rural area near Thamesville had a basement that would benefit from being treated like a dirt crawl space. The process is to install drainage, the encapsulation system on the ground which is fastened to the foundation walls, and then spray foam insulate the walls and headers. We also sprayed the insulation with DC315 thermal paint, as there are gas appliances in the basement.  The last step was installing a powerful dehumidifier, our Sani Dry Sedona.
