Meet Team Member Isabelle

Meet Isabelle our Customer Service Representative and the first face you see as you come in the door of our office! Isabelle or Issy, has been around Advanced Basement Systems since the day it opened as she is the daughter of our owners, Martin and Julie Bates.

Issy primarily answers incoming phone calls and books free estimates for the many customers of Advanced Basement Systems. Her role with Advanced Basement Systems has grown over the past year as she has taken on payroll. In 2017, Isabelle married her husband Jeff Miller, an inspector with Advanced Basement Systems.

Isabelle enjoys spending time with her family, baking and traveling.
