Meet the Team - Ben
Ben Bates started part-time working for his parents in 2005. Throughout 2009 he worked part-time as an Installer for Production during his time in college and after the spring of 2010 Ben went into Production full-time, learning the way Advanced installs and services their products. After a year he transitioned into the Appointment Centre, where he was responsible for booking free estimates, managing the Inspector’s calendars and handling all reception duties.
From there, Ben moved into Marketing. During that time, Advanced moved buildings, where Ben was responsible for Marketing, warehouse and truck management, equipment upkeep and office management. He began to study the role of the Inspectors and in 2014 moved into a management position for the Inspectors.
Ben has spent a lot of time since 2010 training and studying with authorities in his industry. From financial practices to installation techniques, he’s been fortunate to have been exposed to so much from many skilled people across North America.
Today, Ben still manages the team of Inspectors, but focuses also on the entire company and its day to day operations. He works to continue growing the business, renovating its facility and being the household name for basement waterproofing and crawl space repair in southern Ontario!
