I had a hard time finding wall finishes on your website. Jordan told me about Everlast wall finishing but I couldn't find it and it isn't the great book that James left us about Dry Basement Science. Woops just found it on page 51 but it isn't listed under chapter 6 index.I got the information from Jordan who gave me a price but it is too much at this time.I would like to have our two other walls waterproofed and WaterGuard installed. I also like the idea of the SaniDry system as well.
All in all it has been a unusually pleasant experience with little inconvenience. The worst part was getting a messy basement cleaned up but I can't blame you for that :)Let it rain, let it rain ,let it pour rain!

Call Representative
The office was prompt to set up an appointment with me and apologized for my having to wait due to recent storms and flooded basement. They let me know that inforation would be sent to me regarding the salesman who would come, including a photo to put me at ease . That was impressive.I called 3 different companies to have the work done.One of the companies rescheduled the visit 3 times and then stopped emailing me. The other could not do it in a reasonable length of time.

Sales Process
James was polite, prompt and well educated on aspects of the work to be done. James went to bat on our behalf to make payment easy. When I called him he was prompt to call me back even when i had questions in the middle of the job. He was never too busy.
Our Installation Crew
They were polite and prompt and worked well as a team. Jordan was the foreman and was great at keeping me informed of where they were in the process. I chuckled when he called and told me they should be here at 8.53am on the day of the job. He called me by name and was personal. he was a good person to have in charge. The other gentlemen were friendly and cheerful the entire time. They were considerate of our home and belongings and went about their work promptly and efficiently . They answered all of my questions when asked and referred any they could not answer to Jordan.Jordan and his crew offered a lot of information I didn't ask for. I was amazed at how concerned they were that we knew how everything worked.
The Cleanup Process
The crew were diligent in cleaning as they went. As a result the actual clean up and packing up took little time. One of the fellows even swept my kitchen floor even though I told him he didn't have to. They even washed down the driveway for us. Who does that?They were also considerate of what we wanted done with the dirt dug up to install the outside line. The gentleman working on the outside explained how everything drained from the house when I was just arriving home from running errands. My husband came out of the house just when he finished explaining everything to me and he was patient and kind enough to grow through it with him. Great fellows and a great job!
