Before
A thin concrete floor sits over the dirt beneath it. Fiberglass, or blanket-wrap, insulation is on the walls. This type of insulation on foundation walls is one of the worst things you can have in a basement or crawl space!

Encapsulation
After we installed an interior footing drain around the perimeter of the space, our CleanSpace is installed on to the floor, and mechanically fastened to the walls.

Half-Way
We also have to wrap and seal the support columns! Although this space looks tight, this crawl space offers more headroom than the average in our area.

Sump Pump and Back-Up
Our CleanSpace is sealed to the sump liner, and the two-piece lid helps maintain an airtight seal. We have our UltraSump Battery Back-Up system here- because crawl spaces can flood, too!

Spray Foam and DC315
That's a wrap! The spray foam has been correctly applied, at 3" thick. The sump's discharge line is done and the DC315 paint has dried.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The best crawl spaces have this- our Sedona Air System. It's primary focus is keeping humidity at a stable level, but it also helps filter the air and condition the space!
