Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation and Spray Foam - Hensall, ON
We traveled to the Bluewater, ON area to transform a 1,200 sq. ft. dirt crawl space that was dark, damp, and impacting the home’s health. ABS Inspector Nick met with the homeowner to assess the space and provide professional solutions.
Our recommendation: the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to completely separate the home from the earth, installed over dimple-board drainage matting for added protection. We also applied 3" of spray foam insulation to the crawl space walls, finished with DC315 Thermal Barrier paint for safety and compliance.
In just under 3 days, Tim and Jeremy delivered a clean, dry, and healthier crawl space- and a major improvement for the entire home!
