Radon Gas Mitigation Photo Album: New Sump Lid and Dehumidifer - Thamesville, ON

This commercial building was dealing with high humidity levels in the basement, made worse by a laundry sink positioned directly above an uncovered sump — not an ideal setup. To address the issue, we installed our SaniDry® Sedona Air System, which dehumidifies and filters the air. The unit drains automatically into the sump via a hose for convenience. Joel also installed an airtight lid over the sump and repaired a section of the discharge line. Sealing the sump with an airtight lid helps contain moisture, significantly reducing humidity and creating a safer, more comfortable laundry area.
