Penetration and Fan

We drill into the basement floor and our pipe is sealed at the base. The round fan motor typically about 6ft off the floor.

Exhaust Point

The circular pipe at the top of the brick our radon exhaust. It's subtle and quiet!

Clean-Out Box

You can see that we've used silicone around the clean-out box (anything like this, or a back water check valve needs to be sealed, just like the sump lid!) as well as on the lip of the sump lid.
