Damp Cold Cellar- Wallaceburg, ON

This cold cellar was suffering from excessive moisture, stale air, and poor insulation — a common issue in spaces without proper airflow or sealing. To tackle the problem, we installed a high-performance Zoeller M63 pump with a two-piece airtight lid, helping to eliminate unwanted moisture right at the source.

To improve energy efficiency and prevent condensation, we applied 3 inches of spray foam insulation to the walls and ceiling. Finally, we installed our powerful SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, which now keeps the air fresh, dry, and conditioned year-round.

Why this matters:
Cold cellars with sealed sumps and spray foam insulation must be properly conditioned. Without airflow and humidity control, these spaces can become stagnant and musty. With our system in place, this homeowner now has a clean, dry, and functional cold cellar.

Sump Pump and Waterproofing - Sarnia, ON

We upgraded the full sump system in this Sarnia home. A new liner, lid, pump and first section of discharge line was all redone. There was floor-wall joint seepage, so we installed our WaterGuard footing drainage, which ties into the sump pump.

Basement Sump Pump in Chatham, ON

Problem: This small concrete crock houses an inefficient pump. It's very small and any rush of water could flood the basement.

Sump Pump Upgrade in Chatham, ON

Problem: The existing sump system had no lid, one pump and a water-powered back-up pump. Water-powered back-ups have proven to be unreliable due to how slowly they pump, the need of excessive maintenance and of course the risk they hold as they introduce more water into our basement space.

Solution: Install a unit with two submersible pumps on seperate discharge lines (very important) and a battery back-up system. This battery back-up uses a maintenance-free deep-cell battery, which is designed to give a little bit of power over a long period of time- the opposite of a car battery.
